In case you are disturbed by people when working from home and are distracted you can screen telephone calls or put a no disturb board to allow you to finish your work on time. Explain to your family and friends that you will not be able to entertain them during your work hours. Keep a room or a corner in your house for business to keep your work related files, books etc.

It is not just about your home business; you should also ensure time to live and enjoy life to the fullest. You can be successful at working from home as well as with managing your family with proper planning and discipline. Remember that your family loves you and will want you to be successful.
